1. Processing Time: Orders are processed in 3 business days following payment confirmation. 

2. Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is included with orders of $75 or more. Keep an eye out for occasional free shipping promotions!

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order's journey and estimated delivery date.

5. International Shipping: At this time we do not offer international shipping.

6. Missing or Lost Packages: If your package goes missing or is lost in transit, contact our customer service team at contact@palmblush.com. We'll diligently work to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

7. Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
